Patsy Casarez Rivera

Patsy Casarez Rivera, age 91, passed away in San Marcos, Texas on July 14, 2019. She was born on January 31, 1928 in Colorado City, Texas to Willie Casarez and Martha Arriola. Patsy was passionate about many things in life, but she loved her family most of all.

Patsy Casarez Rivera is survived by the love of her life of 55 years, Jose Soria; her daughter, Hope R. Escobedo; her grandchildren, Cecelia Luna, Celina Mendoza, Eric Salinas, Amelia Rivera, and Polo Rivera, Jr.; her 10 great-granddaughters; her 2 great-grandsons; her 6 great-great-granddaughters; and her 5 great-great-grandsons. Patsy Casarez Rivera is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Casarez and Martha Arriola, and her son, Polo C. Rivera.

A visitation in honor of Patsy Casarez Rivera will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hughes Famliy Tribute Center. The funeral service for Patsy Casarez Rivera will be held the following day, Friday, July 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Hughes Family Tribute Center. Patsy Casarez Rivera will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Memorial Park following her funeral service.
