Edgardo Francisco Picasso

Edgardo “Cacho” Picasso passed away December 29, 2020 at the age of 72. A native of Paysandu, Uruguay, Edgardo called Dallas home for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife Rosa Delia, sons Pablo, Fernando, Mauricio, Eduardo, Adrian, and grandchildren Seth, Emma, Jackson, Diego, Jada, Sevy, Berlin, and siblings Sergio, Marcelo, Estela, and almost-sons Francisco Picasso and Web Mudge.

Cacho will be remembered for opening his home and heart to many dear friends and family members. Coming to Cacho’s house meant you were in for countless hugs (no handshakes!), jokes, and platters of food. Cacho worked hard Monday through Saturday to make sure his guests would have the best day of their week on Sunday at his house.

Cacho was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Club Nacional de Football. His other passions were tending to his lovely back yard and pool, visiting the beach, and watching horse races.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 2pm - 4pm at Hughes Family Tribute Center. The event will be live-streamed at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/79430172
