Gail Baldwin of Dallas, died January 20th, 2022. Gail was born on March 5th, 1945, in Dallas, TX, and was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Roland Baldwin and Aileen Shepherd Baldwin. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and attended Texas Tech University and El Centro college. She went on to love her work at Doctor's Hospital in Dallas where she spent the majority of her career working as a respiratory therapist on the deep night shifts.
Gail was a member of Lakewood United Methodist Church. Prior to that she was a member of First Community Church on Mockingbird where she loved being a part of their Tuesday morning ladies' group.
She was devoted to her pets - Lady, Tahoe and Chloe, as well as her neighbors and friends and was always offering to help however she could. She enjoyed her crafts, crocheting, traveling around the United States and abroad, and making her famous rum cakes and green bean salad. She loved watching her soap opera, Days of Our Lives, and was an avid Cowboys fan and never missed a game.
Gail is survived by her neighbors, caregivers, previous work colleagues and many friends who loved her as family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society, Texas Division or charity of choice.
