Myrtle Elaine (Erwin) Johnson

Myrtle Johnson, 97, our beloved Mother passed away on June 27, 2020. Myrtle was born October 3, 1922 in Greenville, Texas to James and Grace Erwin. Myrtle enjoyed reading scripture. She was a strong disciplinarian that taught her children well. She was a devoted wife and mother. Myrtle had an attention to detail as she worked for many years in the claims department of an insurance company. She is survived by children, James Johnson and Judith Mayes; grandchildren Terry, Brian Steve Michelle and Amy; and great-grandchildren Thad, Matthew, Will, Nathan, Breann, Gracie, Kaleb and Savannah. She joins in heaven her beloved husband, Calvin L. Johnson; her parents; her sister Selma; and her brothers Carlton and Kenneth.
