Primitiva (Garcia) Jasso

Primitiva G. Jasso was born November 27, 1936 in Mexico and passed away on May 5, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas at 83 years of age. Primitiva is survived by her children, Antonia Rangel and her husband, Ricky; Teresa Moreno and her husband, Robert; Maria V Arroyo, Dora Martinez and her husband, Chris; Patricia Crone and her husband, Nathan; Elia Jasso, and M. Esperanza Jasso; her 19 grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Blas R. Garcia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro V. Jasso; her sons, Enrique Jasso and Pedro Jasso, Jr.; and her siblings, Maria Gaucin and Heriberto Garcia.

Primitiva was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on June 24, 1989. She loved going door to door and sharing her belief in God’s Kingdom being the only answer to mankind’s problems. She would sit on the edge of her bed and read her Bible daily. She lovingly took care of her husband and nine children. As her children grew up, they saw their mother cooking, cleaning, sewing, crocheting and knitting. She made their clothes throughout their youth including their underwear. There wasn’t one grandkid she didn’t take care of or feed at one time or another. She loved tending to her many flowers and plants. Primitiva was looking forward to seeing her husband in Paradise.

A Primitiva le sobreviven sus hijos Antonia Rangel y su esposo, Ricky; Teresa Moreno y su esposo, Robert; María V Arroyo; Dora Martínez y su esposo, Chris; Patricia Crone y su esposo, Nathan; Elia Jasso y M. Esperanza Jasso; sus 19 nietos; sus 15 bisnietos; y su hermano, Blas R. Garcia. Ella es precedida en la muerte por su marido, Pedro V. Jasso; sus hijos, Enrique Jasso y Pedro Jasso, Jr.; y su hermana, Maria Gaucin y su hermano, Heriberto Garcia.

Primitiva fue bautizada como uno de los Testigos de Jehová el 24 de junio de 1989. Le encantaba ir de puerta en puerta y compartir su creencia en que el Reino de Dios fuera la única respuesta a los problemas de la humanidad. Ella se sentaba en el borde de su cama y leía su Biblia todos los días. Cuidó amorosamente de su marido y nueve hijos. A medida que sus hijos crecían, vieron a su madre cocinar, limpiar, coser, hacer ganchillo y tejer. Como sabía coser ella les hacía la ropa incluyendo ropa interior a todos sus hijos en sus juventud. No hay ni un nieto que no cuidó y alimentó en un momento u otro. Le encantaba cuidar de sus muchas flores y plantas. Primitiva estaba deseando ver a su marido en el Paraíso.
