Their creativity and attention to detail was incredible and made for an awesome Celebration of Life for my 92-year-old father. Dad made plans for his service but even he would have been impressed and pleased with how well everything was done and the result would have surpassed his expectations.

My father died on September 2nd, and my mother died on September 12th. I had to arrange for both of my parents' funerals. From the moment I first contacted Stephanie, I knew I was in good hands. She made sure everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was taken care of perfectly - to include making sure my Mom was handled with the utmost care, and looked beautiful for our family, after passing away in Connecticut.

Arranging any funeral is difficult, the grief can be suffocating and the questions unending. Stephanie walked me through every tiny step, answering a million texts and phone calls at all hours from me, as I began arranging my mother's funeral from Connecticut, then my home in Maryland and finally finishing up in Texas for the funeral.

That final day, the day we buried my Mom, was incredibly difficult for my entire family, but the Hughes Family worked diligently to create THE most beautiful tribute and Life Celebration of my mother that I didn't even know I could imagine. They captured my mothers indomitable spirit, her zest for life & all things outdoors, her undying Faith & passion for Christ, her life long love of learning, and even her ever present Diet Dr Pepper! I opted for their Eulogy / obituary writing services, as well - and it was EVERYTHING I wanted to write myself, but just couldn't get out of me and on to paper (our family actually thought I wrote it) - it was the most wonderfully written tribute to my mother's life! Of course, no matter how beautiful the Life Celebration or eulogy, the reality is you are burying a loved one, and Stephanie made sure even that was perfect, right down to the rose gold crypt, with the lid bearing a cross and my mother's name and dates in a simply beautiful raised script. Everything was perfect on such a sorrowful day.

I know I felt God's hand, and His love, through Stephanie, and her family, every step of the way. I truly am forever grateful for all of the love and support on this difficult journey they helped me navigate - I honestly can not imagine going through this experience without Stephanie and the rest of the Hughes family!

I was so impressed with this funeral home I do not know where to start. We had a horrible experience with Restland saying they could not find my mothers prepaid funeral records. Refusing to give them one additional dime of our money, we were referred to Hughes Family Tribute Center and found them to be so professional, helpful in getting quick service, kind, empathetic of our situation and the best experience we could have imagined. Ryan was our funeral director and he was AWESOME! I definitely recommend Hughes Family Tribute Center to anyone needing these services. They are a #1 CLASS ACT and I appreciate so much all they did for us. We will be using them for all of our funeral needs in the future and I recommend them to everyone I know as we all need these services at some point in our lives!

My father passed on December 23, 2017...right before Christmas, yet the Hughes family worked diligently to get things organized and ready for us and never made us feel like we were there at a bad time because of the holiday. The outcome was absolutely amazing!

My dad would have been awed by the wonderful arrangements set up for him. Stephanie took some information from us (his likes, passions, hobbies) and ran with it. When we walked in, I was taken by surprise with the detail and effort they put into his setup. Not only was it hands down the best set up and arrangement I’ve ever seen for a wake/funeral, they were also the best price in the city.
